Note that the key move is 35 ... Rc8. Computer analysis says that any line after 35 ... Rc4 can be drawn, but of course, with precise moves. Interesting! especially a couple of long lines involve positions where Kramnik has two extra pawns. But of course, its two pawns in a rook ending and one rank with doubled pawns. So, no wonder, right?
